The Gift Hiding in Your Grief

When you lose someone you love it hurts.

When life doesn't turn out the way you want it to it hurts.

When you look back at certain decisions you've made it hurts.

Together we acknowledge this very real and deep pain while also finding your gift... the gift hiding in your grief.

The loss you're experiencing is not a gift.

But it contains a special gift that can transform your life and how you live it. When you find the gift, open it, and incorporate it into your every day your grief takes on new meaning, feels lighter, and your love shines.

     Coach for Authentic Living

Helping those in grief process the pain and reveal the gift.

I've always been one to walk right into the center of pain. Not because I like pain, but because I've seen the beauty buried inside of it. When you avoid going into the center, you miss the gift. But, when you walk into the center of pain, you find a special beauty you can use to create good things in this world.

A place where you feel safe being you

How many times have you heard: It'll pass, give yourself time, or just focus on the good times?

This can feel infuriating. It shuts you down and makes you feel there isn't anyone willing to witness your pain, or to help you with it.

After a while, you start to wonder if there's something wrong with you for feeling this much pain, or not being able to get over it and move on.

Whether you've been grieving for days or years, the pain you feel is real, valid, and meaningful.

At the same time it can be helpful to find a place, where you can be you, to process it. Giving yourself the space to be authentic in your unique process. And, when ready, to find the gift wrapped up in the middle of your pain.

    It's waiting for you.

    Would You Like To...

...feel supported in your grief, no matter what or who it's about?

Daily life doesn't show much regard for people who are grieving.

It's common for this world to make you feel you are to put on a happy face and get over it.

Like there's something wrong with you for holding onto your pain.

There's nothing wrong with you. Part of the reason it's so hard to move on with joy is because you haven't been given adequate time and space to move through you're unique way of processing this pain.

As you process, it'll become so clear all that was missing. And, now that you have the place, space, and support to authentically express and explore, you'll be able to make sense out of what feels currently feels senseless and cruel.

SESSIONS ARE FOR YOU IF YOU:

    • Tend to overthink things

    • Aren't sure how to proceed in life without suppressing your grief

    • Second-guess yourself and your decisions

    • Ruminate on thoughts that aren't helpful

    • Spend a lot of time thinking about 'why this happened', without answers

    • Feel irritated hearing things like 'move on' or 'focus on the good'

    • Want to be understood

    • Want to explore the intricacies of your grief so it doesn't get suppressed

    • Are comfortable using Zoom on a computer or phone, in quiet space

    • Are curious about the gift that waits in the middle of your grief, special for you

4 Reasons to Get Started Right Away

Left unprocessed grief get's burried alive

As bad as grief feels, if you don't process it well now, it sits sealed deep inside of you until you do. There it robs you of authentic living, real moments of joy, and of finding the gift that only this particular grief can deliver you.

You don't want to lose anymore sleep

Even when it's 'buried' deep inside, unprocessed grief still stays active in the background of your mind and body. It may shape your dreams, your worries, and your ability to truly trust and relax deeply affecting the quality and quantity of your sleep.

You don't want current relationships to suffer

Unprocessed grief can interfere with some or all of your current relationships. Making you less present, more withdrawn, and eager to carve out more alone time. This can leave you and your loved-ones feeling less connected

    "Helped me heal so much"

I know I say this a lot and yet it feels like I can’t possibly say it enough, you have changed my vision of myself on so many levels. You have helped me heal me so much. I can never thank you enough.

    Amy Y.

"Words cannot describe the relief and comfort"

I struggled with having no sense of purpose, which often led to feelings of worthlessness. I used to give my thoughts a lot of power, and I often fell victim to the part of me that wanted to hurt and wallow in self-pity. In January, that all changed. Through work with Gina, and her incredible ability to incorporate Faith work in sessions, I spent more time with God and established a deeper relationship with Him. I was always a fan of coincidences, but now, I am able to see that everything happens for a reason because God makes a reason out of everything. Words cannot describe the relief and comfort knowing that God is present in my life, and Gina is here to help me. All Glory to God.

    Giavanna S.

"Significant growth, learning and self awareness"

Gina does a tremendous job at pointing out blind spots allowing for exponential growth if you are willing to do the work. She is a tremendous listener who asks powerful questions and is authentic every step of the way. She prompts and guides the client back to themselves with a well rounded approach for significant growth, learning and self awareness…
